Also known as the caveman diet, this diet is about eating foods that our ancestors had in the Paleolithic age. The diet avoids all foods and grains that are a part of the agricultural revolution and focuses on eating berries, fruits, and meat.

Paleo diet comprises of a few vegetables and fruits that are non starchy in nature, along with seafood, meat and many other animal products to focus on protein content.
